Biography:
Born and raised in Northwestern New Jersey, Renee LoPresti holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. She currently works as a studio potter and educator in Southeastern Wisconsin. Renee was named one of Ceramics Monthly's Emerging Artists in 2017 and continues to exhibit her work through national invitational exhibitions. Intended to invoke joy; Renee’s functional ceramics feature colorful pattern-based imagery that draw influence from nature, mid-century modern and art nouveau.
